The Fourati Lab at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine uses computational biology, systems immunology, and artificial intelligence to understand how the human immune system responds to disease, infection, vaccination, and therapy. We integrate multi-omics, single-cell, immune profiling, and clinical data to identify molecular signatures, uncover biological mechanisms, and predict patient outcomes. Our goal is to develop interpretable computational approaches that turn complex biomedical data into actionable biological and clinical insights.
